The announcement was made on December 28 by the American film site TC Candler, which has been putting out this list since like, forever (since 1990, actually!). BLINKs everywhere are celebrating, and honestly, it’s so well-deserved. Rosé has this elegant, almost ethereal vibe that’s just captivating. This win feels extra special, especially with the crazy success of her recent solo music that took over social media.
